2. Print-on-Demand Model & Product Specifications

Quynh Trang Le Shop operates exclusively as a Made-to-Order / Print-on-Demand (POD) retail merchant. When an order is placed, items (such as custom apparel, drinkware, accessories, and home goods) are custom-printed and assembled individually for you through our production partners.

  • Visual Representations: We strive to accurately display product imagery, sizing dimensions, color palettes, and material descriptions. However, because of variations across monitor displays, device color profiles, and technical aspects of physical printing (such as Direct-to-Garment ink absorption or sublimation heat transfers), minor variations in color tone and print placement may occur and are considered standard within custom apparel manufacturing.

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product design or catalog item at any time without liability.

3. Order Processing, Billing, and Modifications

  • Order Acceptance: The receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your purchase. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel orders due to technical pricing errors, stock unavailability at print fulfillment centers, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Billing Details: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and billing details for all orders. All charges must be paid in full at the time of purchase using our approved secure payment channels (such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, or Stripe).

  • Order Modifications & Cancellations: Because our orders enter an automated fulfillment pipeline shortly after placement, requests to cancel or adjust an order (such as size, color, or shipping destination) must be sent to [email protected] within 2 hours of completing checkout. After this 2-hour window, the order cannot be altered or canceled.

4. Production, Shipping, and International Customs

  • Production Timelines: Production for made-to-order items typically takes 2–7 business days before dispatch, excluding weekends and official holidays.

  • Shipping & Transit Times: Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Quynh Trang Le Shop cannot be held responsible for carrier transit delays resulting from logistics strikes, extreme weather, customs processing delays, or inaccurate shipping addresses entered by the customer.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for any customs clearance fees, import duties, tariffs, and local taxes (including VAT) assessed by destination authorities.

5. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

Because our catalog consists entirely of custom-made, individually printed merchandise, our return policy differs from off-the-shelf retail outlets:

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item with a clear manufacturing defect, physical damage during transit, or an incorrect item/size than ordered, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of package delivery. Include your order confirmation number, a concise summary of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect alongside the product’s barcode/shipping label. Approved requests qualify for a free replacement or a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Sizing Issues & Buyer’s Remorse: Because items are custom manufactured upon demand, we do not accept returns or process refunds for incorrect size choices, color changes, or buyer’s remorse. Customers are urged to review our posted sizing guidelines before completing an order.

  • Returned to Sender Packages: Packages returned to fulfillment hubs as undeliverable due to an insufficient or incorrect customer-provided address will require a reshipment fee paid by the customer to re-route the shipment.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary content published on https://quynhtrangleshop.com/—including graphics, logos, brand emblems, page headers, custom artistic designs, product mockups, and text copy—is protected by copyright, trademark, and trade dress regulations under United States and international intellectual property laws.
