3. Payment Processing & Immediate Capture

Because our merchandise consists of made-to-order Print-on-Demand (POD) goods:

  • Payment is charged and captured in full at the moment you click “Place Order” or “Complete Order” during checkout.

  • Orders will only enter the automated production and printing pipeline once your payment has been successfully authorized and cleared by our payment gateway.

  • If your payment method is declined, rejected, or cannot be verified, the order will automatically fail, and your item will not be placed into production.

We take data security very seriously. To protect your sensitive financial details:

  • Because our automated production facility begins printing and assembly shortly after payment approval, any cancellation request must be submitted within 2 hours of completing checkout.

  • Once the 2-hour window has elapsed, the order is locked into production and cannot be stopped or canceled.

7. Refunds, Credits, and Chargebacks

  • Refund Execution: All approved refunds (governed by our Return & Refund Policy for damaged, defective, or misprinted items) will be credited exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing Windows:

    • Credit / Debit Cards: Typically reflect on your card balance within 3 to 7 business days, subject to your card issuer’s processing schedule.

    • PayPal / Digital Wallets: Typically appear in your account balance within 24 to 48 hours.

  • Dispute & Chargeback Prevention: If you experience any billing discrepancy, duplicate charge, or fulfillment concern, please contact our support team at [email protected] prior to opening a formal dispute or bank chargeback.
